Bienvenid@/s a una de las características más interesantes del Tiki: El sistema de foros, su significado es muy facil: Welcome to one of the most interesting features in Tiki: the forums system, the concepts are very simple:
* Un foro es una colección de temas (también llamados "threads") sobre un "asignatura". Puedes participar en el foro para discutir de un producto, películas, deportes, el tiempo; ... A forum is a collection of topics (also called threads) about a subject. You can have a forum to discuss a product, movies, sports, the weather; anything you think of.
* El tema es una recopilación de mensajes (también llamados correos) en un foro particular.A topic/thread is a collection of messages (also called posts) in a particular forum.
* El correo es un mensaje de un usuario que se ha suscrito a un tema en particular.A post/message is a message a user has submitted about a particular topic.

Envía este correo del foro a este e-mail | Puedes configurar una dirección de email donde recibirás todos los temas y mensajes publicados en el foro
Elimina después los mensajes no contestados | Permite que temas que no tienen ninguna respuesta se eliminen automáticamente después del tiempo indicado.
Configuración de la lista de temas | Especifíca que propiedades del tema deberian ser mostradas cuando se muestra la lista de temas.
La sucesión de temas se puede votar | Permite a los usuarios votar la sucesión de temas asignando puntos del 1 al 5.
"Forward" mensajes de este foro a un email | Te permite tener nuevos mensajes en el foro copiandolos con el email especificando tu dirección de email.
Agrega mensajes a partir de este email al foro | Esta opción configura el llamado mail-in esta característica permite a cualquiera publicar un mensaje en el foro "by means of sending" un email con "desired" contenido de la publicación en la dirección de correo específica. Esto se necesita para tener un POP3 mail válido "account" en el servidor de Tiki puedes "check" y "retrieve" los email. Especificando el nombre de usuario y la contraseña del "account" para el email se descarga automaticamente.
Uso de los emoticonos | Te permite utilizar un emoticono cuando publiques un nuevo tema.
Mostrar un resumen de los temas | Muestra una pequeña descripción del resumen debajo del título del tema.
Visualizar la información del usuario | Especifica que datos del usuario se muestran cuando visualizas un tema.
Send this forum posts to this | You can configure an email address that will receive all the topics and messages posted to the forum
Prune unreplied messages after | If enabled threads/topics that do not have any replies will be automatically removed after the amount of time indicated
Prune old messages after | If enabled threads/topics and posts/messages will be automatically removed when they are older than the indicated amount of time .
Topic list configuration| Specifies which thread/topic properties should be displayed when viewing the thread list
Threads can be voted | Allows users to vote on a thread by assigning points from 1 to 5
Forward messages to this forum to this email | Allows you to have all new messages in a forum to be copied by email to the specified email address
Add messages from this email to this forum | This option configures the so-called mail-in feature that allows anyone to post a message on the forum by means of sending an email with the desired post content to the specified email address. It is required to have a valid POP3 mail account on a server from which Tiki can check and retrieve the email messages. By specifying the username and password for the email account all messages will be downloaded automagically.
Use topic smileys | Allows you to specify a smiley when posting a new thread or topic
Show topic summary | Displays the short description underneath the thread/topic title of the thread/topic summary
User information display | Specifies which user details should be shown when viewing a thread
Approval type | Specifies whether or not you wish to work with a moderator queue. By selecting All posted no approval is required. When selecting Queue anynomous posts only posts from non forum members will be queued for approval. Finally when opting for Queue all posts any new posts in the forum will not be displayed until it has been approved.
Attachment | Specifies whether you want to allow users posting attachments with their posts/messages and whether these should be stored in the Tiki database or on the local file system. By defining a max attachment size you can avoid users from posting attachments that are larger than the specified threshold. ||

El enlace editar se utiliza para editar el foro mientras el enlace perms (permisos) puede utilizarse para The edit link can be used to edit the forum while the perms link can be used to set-up individual permissions for the forum.
